The Illicit Trade Report (ITR) transforms front-line enforcement data into strategic intelligence – based on data from 163,850 cases from 170 reporting Customs administrations. The ITR 2025 highlights evolving dynamics, emerging trends and the wide-ranging impact of illicit trade observed through WCO Members’ Customs enforcement activities.
