Aviation experts and key stakeholders from Eastern Africa and continental institutions have concluded a four-day Expert Policy Dialogue in Arusha, Tanzania, resulting in a roadmap for the adoption and implementation of a Multilateral Air Service Agreement (MASA) in the Eastern African region.
