AfCFTA Digital Trade Forum Returns to Lagos in July

Lagos will host the second African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Digital Trade Forum on July 1 and 2 as registration opens.The forum arrives weeks after the AfCFTA Secretariat named Nigeria, Kenya and Morocco as the first countries to pilot Africa Digital Access and Public Infrastructure for Trade (ADAPT), a system announced from Accra on May 19. ADAPT is designed as an interoperability framework that connects national trade systems without requiring governments to replace existing infrastructure.
