The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), through its Directorate of Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (SPME), has launched a five-day capacity-building training programme for SPME Focal Points drawn from ECOWAS Institutions and Agencies.The training, themed “Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation for SPME Focal Points from ECOWAS Institutions and Agencies,” is held at Limeridge Signature Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos.
