Deputy Director-General Angela Ellard delivered a keynote speech on 8 December at the launch of the first comprehensive study on trade and disability. The study is authored by Dr Amrita Bahri, Associate Professor of International Trade Law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Co-Chair of the WTO Chairs Programme at ITAM.
